Modern Alopathy is helpful in diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately there is no solution to male fertility except ART.

EYE OPENER TO ANALYSE THE QUANTUM OF MALE INFERTILITY PROBLEM
As the male infertility is increasing so much that it seems to attain an epidemic proportion among males. More over all the treatment procedures of ART for male infertility has shown statistically lowest rate of success as shown below –
Table showing the rate of pregnancies by indications
As compared to the low success rate of ART my drug regime and research work can help a male to become fertile for fathering a baby.
Male problems are of two different kinds –
- Sexual disorders accounting for coital incompetency/ नपुंसकता
- Sperm disorders accounting for infertility problems/ बाँझपन
Infertility affects 15% couples; more or less it is found in both the sexes in an equal ratio. The difficulty doubles up if both the partners are having reproductive disorders and accounts for approximately 1/5 of the total infertile couples.
Causes of sperm problem:
A- Endocrinal abnormalities leading to testicular failure, various hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. E.g. Kallmann’s syndrome.
B- Genetical disorders contribute to male infertility by influencing a variety of physiological processes including hormonal homeostasis, spermatogenesis and sperm quality. The most common example Klinfelters syndrome
Very small testes or Cryptorchidism (undescended Testes) and histological examination revealing disorders of spermatogenesis at various levels.
III. Post Testicular:
Epididymis: epididymitis, epididymal cysts
Vas: Agenesis of vas on one side or both sides.
Seminal vesicles: Inflammation of seminal vesicles or prostate.
Ejaculatory duct: Obstruction of ejaculatory duct i.e. sperm path. It may be at the level of epididymis, vas or ejaculatory duct which again may be uni or bilateral.
If a female do not conceive in spite of frequent intercourse the various other causes apart from described above, fall under the heading of unexplained infertility. But prior to this one should see carefully for the cause of sperm-cervical mucus mismatch like, sperms with cervical mucus of female partner causing agglutination of sperms after intercourse, or acidic pH of the cervical mucus pointing towards the presence of antibodies in the seminal plasma of the male.
The factors that affect the sperm health are: Personal habits- liquor, tobacco and tamarind or dry mango powder ingestion inhibit sperm production. A tight fitting underwear can inhibit spermatogenesis. Past history- of any injury to testicles, mumps, hydrocoele, orchitis etc.
Types of sperm problems :
Azoospermia – sperm count nil.
Oligospermia – it is of two types
1. Severe oligospermia where count is very low <1million/ml.
2. where the count is >5 million / ml but <20 million/ml
Asthenospermia– where sperm motility is less or non motile.
Oligoasthenospermia– where sperm count is low and motility is poor or absent.
Teratospermia – where sperm morphology is abnormal.

|Oligospermia||Sperms are less||My results is 99%|
|Oligoasthenia||Sperms are dead||My results is 99%|
|Teratospermia||Sperms are abnormal||My results is >90%|
|Azoospermia||Where no sperm is seen in the semen||My results is >60%|
|Tuboperitoneal infertility||IVF is advantageous there is no other option|
|Endometriosis, PCOS||If no success with medical treatment / IVF is tried.|
